01 — The idea

A proper salon experience, without the salon.

Not everyone can get to a high-street chair — and not everyone wants to. For the client who feels calmest at home, or the elderly resident who can't easily make the trip, the salon simply comes to them.

You'll get the same considered colour work, the same sharp cutting and the same unhurried finish you'd expect from a good salon — laid out on a towel in your own space, at a time that actually suits you.

08 — Good to know

Cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the booking to another customer.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost. This helps cover the time that has been reserved specifically for you.

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we'll always aim to be as flexible as possible where unforeseen circumstances arise.
